The 1on1 Movement

Shortly after the founding of 1on1 Church, God began drawing to us pastors and ministry leaders from around the world who desired to follow our example in helping their people develop a Deep, Daily, Moment-by-Moment, 1on1 relationship with Jesus.

Within a year, the 1on1 Movement was born! Today, there are more than 340 1on1 leaders ministering in 40 countries.

Each week they receive a video of our 1on1 Church service along with Pastor Steve’s message notes, graphics and video files. Many of them use these materials in their church services and for training of their ministry leaders.

Pastor Steve is in daily touch with many of these leaders, providing counsel, Biblical teaching, ministry advice, encouragement and prayer.

Each Sunday we feature one of these leaders in our bulletin and on our video screens, along with pictures of them and their churches, schools, orphanages and ministries, asking our congregation to lift them up in prayer.
